There are many reasons why people may be over-weight/under weight or have a negative body image - most of them are emotional.

  • We eat/or don't eat because we are unhappy, angry, frustrated, bored....
  • We get into bad habits and can't find the way out
  • ​We may eat to fill the void left by someone or something that has been lost
  • We over eat because we don't care about ourselves and our health - we don't think we are as important as other people.
